In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No. 893 of 2015 (T.R. No. 3454 of 2018) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323 and 498 A of the Indian Penal Code.

Twice the notices were issued and validly served on opposite party no.2, but she is not turning up. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
