The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Civil Lines P.S.Case No. 57 of 2011 registered under Sections 201 and 302 of the Indian penal Code. It is submitted that FIR is against unknown and except disclosure of the name of the petitioner, being involved in the offence, made by co-accused Raushan, there is no other material, even two non-FIR accused persons were put on trial vide S.T. No. 638 of 2012/145 of 2012 but due to lack of evidence, both were acquitted, moreover petitioner has also no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Shankar Kumar @ Kara @ Karu is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14565 of 2018(3) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 57 of 2011.
