Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.718 of 2017, registered under Sections 420, 406, 379 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner, driver of the informant's vehicle, did not return back with the vehicle and said that the vehicle was looted by one Raju @ Rajesh and the hand of the petitioner is also suspected in the said offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was the driver of the vehicle engaged by the informant and it was looted from him by one Raju @ Rajesh and the same has been disclosed by him and the said Raju @ Rajesh is absconding with the vehicle and on suspicion the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15684 of 2018(6) dt.31-07-2018 2/2 petitioner has been made accused but charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Rabindra Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.718 of 2017.
