1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2),115(2),118(1),109(1),352,351(2),3(5) of the B.N.S.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is a person with clean antecedent and petitioner no.2 has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that on 09.07.2025, at about 11.30 AM, when he was on his way to his agricultural field when accused persons including the petitioners intercepted him and asked to compromise the

On protest, it is alleged that Venkatesh assaulted him by khanti on account of which he fell on the ground, thereafter Sahlad tried to strangulate him by a towel by time the same around his neck with an intention to kill him, thereafter Ramesh Kumar @ Sardar started assaulting indiscriminately on nose and mouth with an iron rod.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that the criminal case which the petitioner no.2 carries was instituted by the informant earlier. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that Venkatesh is alleged to have assaulted by khanti, but then, the informant does not allege that based on the assault where he suffered injury. It is next submitted that there is specific allegation against Ramesh Kumar @ Sardar of assaulting the informant by an iron rod causing injury on his nose and mouth and the said injury has been found to be grievous in nature, but then, allegation of assaulting the informant on nose and mouth is not against the petitioners.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Pauthu P. S. Case No.93 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.
7. The application stands allowed.
