The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 1.8.2019. The FIR was lodged against unknown and the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Chunnu Kumar.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 1.8.2019, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties
