Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to FIR, the petitioner and others bitterly assaulted to Ashok Chaudhary, as a result whereof, he died. The Doctor has found head injury as cause of death. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2017. Except informant, there is no eye witness of the occurrence.
Considering the entire facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months of custody from today, if the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7632 of 2018 (5) dt.23-04-2018 trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dhangai Police Station Case No.48 of 2017, Sessions Trial No.394 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
