JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2024 Heard Mr. Praveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Pawan Kumar Chaurasia, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the present modification application has been filed for modification in the order dated 13.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1981 of 2024, to the extent that due to typographical mistake, in para 3 of the main bail application, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No.180 of 2016 under sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, had inadvertently not been mentioned, as well as, due to the typographical mistake, in para nos. 5 and 7 of the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78699 of 2024(2) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 13.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1981 of 2024 it has been inadvertently typed as 'clean antecedent'.

3. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, I find it proper to delete the word 'clean antecedent' from Paragraph Nos. 5 and 7 of the order dated 13.09.2024 and in place of 'clean antecedent', let it be substituted by 'two antecedents' as has been stated in para 3 of the main bail application and para 1 of the modification application.

4. The order dated 13.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1981 of 2024 is accordingly modified to the above extent and other parts of the order shall remain intact.

5. Accordingly, the present modification application stands disposed of.
