2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 551 of 2024 arising out of Karja P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, the petitioner has killed the informant's husband by stabbing knife into his chest due to which he died.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78249 of 2024 vide order dated 19.03.2025 and there is no fresh ground to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73731 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
