1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024 dated 01.04.2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 / 34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the first information report on 31.03.2024 at about 8:00 P.M. in the evening while the informant was sitting along with his family members at his door, in the meanwhile, the petitioners along with other accused persons came there , started abusing the informant and the informant and his family
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78024 of 2024(2) dt.28-11-2024 2/3 members were assaulted by the petitioners and others with "lathi" and "danda".

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that entire family members including the husband of the petitioners were made accused, total eleven in number, due to land dispute with regard to partition of ancestral property between the parties. The present F.I.R. has been lodged as a counter blast of the F.I.R. lodged by the side of the petitioners bearing Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 222 of 2024. All the petitioners are women folk of the family and specific allegation of assault is against the co-accused persons namely, Munna Das, Pappu Das and Pramod Das.

Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are ladies, both the parties are having land dispute, case and counter case is there and allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78024 of 2024(2) dt.28-11-2024 3/3 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Suman Kumari, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
