The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kasba P.S.Case No. 116 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 341, 307 and 379 of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that both sides are closely related and there is land dispute between them and also there is case and counter case and the allegation against the petitioner is of giving single blow over the head of the informant but corresponding injury is simple in nature.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Tanveer is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Kasba P.S.
