Patna High Court CR. WJC No.41 of 2024(6) dt.07-08-2025 2/3 ORAL ORDER 07-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the Vigilance Department and learned counsel for the Sanskrit Board.
2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the FIR vide Phulparas P.S. Case No. 181 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is wrongly being prosecuted and her defence is not being considered by the respondents.
4. In view of the prayer of the petitioner, this application is disposed of with a liberty to her to move the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani with a representation and her defence materials and if such a representation is filed by her then the same shall be considered by the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani and if the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani finds substance in the representation of the petitioner then he will direct the I.O. of the case to verify the same. In case, the charge-sheet has been submitted in the case then the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani shall be requested by the petitioner for further investigation and if such a request is made, the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani will consider

5. The aforesaid exercise must be done by the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani within 15 days of filing of representation by the petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
7. Pending I.A., if any, shall also be treated to be disposed.
