Mr. Rajit Ranjan, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the State and the complainant.

2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354, 454B, 457 and 506 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners tried to outrage modesty of complainant.

4. At the outset, learned counsel for the State and the complainant opposed the bail petition and submitted that this bail application has been moved after the inordinate of 7 years

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76754 of 2024(3) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 of the institution of F.I.R. in 2018 and there is allegation that these petitioners tried to outrage modesty of the complainant. There is no plausible explanation of delay in filing this prearrest bail petition. It is appears that petitioners have no apprehension of arrest.

5. Considering the fact that this bail application has been filed after gross delay of 7 years for which there is no plausible explanation, prayer for pre arrest bail of petitioners is rejected.
