2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. There is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He further submits that statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. which is not supported the prosecution case. It is further stated by the victim that petitioner has not committed any sexual assault with her. Petitioner has no

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 359 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
