ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 21.08.2017 in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 173/17 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vehicle in question which was recovered belongs to his mother and, therefore, there is no question of the petitioner having stolen any vehicle. The vehicle has also since been released in favour of his mother.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the period of custody, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18528 of 2018 (3) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate or concerned Court, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 173/17.
