Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. They have not committed any fraud. As a matter of fact, they themselves have been cheated by the co-accused Manjeet Kumar. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 27.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66282 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIV, Saran, Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S.
