2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)(a), 26 the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 26.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56352 of 2024.

4. The recovery is of four country made pistols and live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.

5. From the impugned order, it appears that the trial is on the verge of conclusion.

6. Considering the recovery of four country made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76553 of 2025(2) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 pistols and cartridges and the stage of trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
