Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offence under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner took away the Bhaujai of the informant, whereafter she was killed by the petitioner with the help of other accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such incident took place and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Petitioner is in custody since 2.1.2019.

In view of the nature of allegation, prayer for bail of petitioner is refused.
