2. The present application has been filed for the following reliefs:

"(A) For commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment over the government land bearing Khata No. 184, Plot no 708, 709 and 715 situated in village-Paleya, P.O+P.S-Makhdumpur, District-Jehanabad. encroached by respondent No. 5 namely Mamta Devi, daughter of late Radnakant Sharma, respondent no 6

Patna High Court CWJC No.16710 of 2023(2) dt.15-03-2024 2/2 namely Pappu son of Shatrugan Sinha, respondent no 7 namely Deepu son of Shatrugan Sinha, respondent no 8 namely Shantu Kumar son of Ashok Sharma and respondent no 9 namely Mahendra Sharma, son of late Chandan Singh which is a Government (Gair Majarua Aam) land in the nature of a gaddha (water body) after initiating proceedings under Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 which is a government land in the nature of Gaddha (water body).

(B) For directing the respondents to restore the possession of the government land bearing khata no 184, plot no 708 which is a Gaddha, which has been encroached by Mamta Devi, daughter of Radnakant Sharma by making a boundary wall."

3. The petitioner is given liberty to file an appropriate application before the Circle Officer, Makhdumpur, Jehanabad for redressal of his grievances.

4. If the Circle Officer, Makhdumpur, Jehanabad, finds any merit in the application, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

5. This application is disposed of.
