2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Jehanabad P.S Case No. 319 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of I.P.C.
3. As per prosecution case, informant has withdrawn two lakhs rupees from SBI Jehanabad as he reached near Office of SBI life insurance, two bikers arrived and snatched his cash on gun point.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that name of the petitioners are transpired on the confessional statement of the co-accused. It is also submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75041 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 that petitioner are in judicial custody since 30.11.2024. It is further submitted that co-accused has also granted bail by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 04.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82802 of 2024.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order, it appears that petitioners are not named in FIR their name transpired on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Coaccused has also granted bail by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 04.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82802 of 2024.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S Case No. 319 of 2024.
