2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, but later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added in F.I.R.
3. Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is father-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased. As a matter of fact, the deceased was mentally ill and due to this reason, she herself committed suicide. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. Petitioners are in custody since 21.07.2025.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.
5. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi / concerned Court in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 192 of 2023.
