Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission is that petitioner was arrested on 17.05.2017 in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No.156 of 2017 on the allegation that a fire arm was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Thereafter, it was found that the said fire arm was a stolen property of the present case and then the petitioner was remanded in this case on 12.10.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21725 of 2018 (3) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Motihari Police Station Case No.158 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
