1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.I. For direction/direction to the respondent authorities to abstain themselves to construct Waste House over the land appertaining to land Thana No.42, Khata No.229, Khestra No.284 which has been recorded in C.S. as road nearby the land of Khata No.222, Khesra No.2833, Thana No.42 of Revenue gram Mahisi recorded in the name of (Murat Mishra, Surat Mishra, Ram Swarup Mishra) uncle of the petitioner and it is residential plot."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Samastipur, for redressal of his aforesaid

Patna High Court CWJC No.47 of 2024(2) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Samastipur, shall look into the matter, in accordance with law, forthwith.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
