2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kodha P.S. Case No. 230/23 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 493/376/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the F.I.R., it appears that the informant who is a major was in a consensual sexual relationship with the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 16.07.2023 and he has no antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the trial has started and two witnesses have been examined.

5. Considering the fact that it is a case of consensual relationship, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ I cum Special Judge, SC/ST, Katihar in connection with Kodha P.S. Case No. 230/23.
