JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R.P. Patna P.S. Case No.456 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation made against the petitioner that he killed his wife and threw her body on the railway track, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected. In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
