JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(a). For direction upon the respondent authority specially Respondent No. 5 to take the decision as per Clause-3 & 2 of Memo No. 1003 dated 22.01.2021 (Annexure-5) on the mater related to enhancement of the wages/honorarium/salary of the employee working on contract basis as ITI Instructor under the Department of Labour Resources.
(b). For direction upon the respondent authority to fix and pay the salary/wages/honorarium to the petitioners at par with basic salary, Dearness allowances and other allowances provided to the State Government regular employee working on the similar post and discharging similar duty. (c). For direction upon the respondent authority to regularize the service of the petitioners as they working on sanctioned and vacant post since more than decade.
14/14 (d). For direction upon the respondent authority to consider and take appropriate decision on the representation filed by the petitioners."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Principal Secretary, Labour Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, i.e. the Respondent No. 3, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioners approach the Respondent No. 3, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
