The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 316 of 2017 dated 20.08.2017 instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown criminals had stopped the informant and had divested him of his belongings. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has only transpired on the basis of confession.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no T.I. parade also has been held and the petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2017. The earlier case in which the petitioner has been made accused, he is on bail in the aforesaid case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24914 of 2018(3) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 316 of 2017.
