The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 283 of 2018.

According to FIR, the petitioner kidnapped to the minor daughter of the informant with intent to marry with her. When the victim girl was residing at Jalandhar she died and allegation is that her murder was committed.

There is no dispute that the dead body of the victim was disposed of without any information to the local police or to the parents of the victim.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67607 of 2019(3) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The learned trial Judge is directed to expedite the trial.
