2. The present application for anticipatory bail has been renewed on behalf of the petitioner, Md. Naseem despite the fact that earlier the said application on his behalf had been withdrawn with a liberty to approach the learned court concerned for regular bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner beseeches to advance some more arguments in favour of the petitioner but having considered the fact that the application had earlier been withdrawn with a specific liberty, there is no reason why this Court would once again consider the merits of the present case. However, in any view of the matter, it is a case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and the injury report indicates that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72274 of 2025(4) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 there is injury on the occipital parietal region of the injured which is grievous in nature and the said injury has been attributed to the present petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the application on behalf of the petitioner had earlier been withdrawn with a liberty to approach the learned court concerned for grant of regular bail, which liberty the petitioner has not exercised and instead has filed the present second anticipatory bail application before this Court, I am not inclined to entertain the present application.

5. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands disposed of in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No.170 of 2024, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga.
