After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within eight weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order preferably on the same day without being influenced by the order of this Court.
