2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 431 , 353 , 427, 504 and 506 of IPC and 3⁄4 Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.

3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that informant namely, Dhiraj Kumar ( Sub- Inspector ) alleged that on 09.02.2024 , informant received information on his mobile phone that due to dispute between two parties some people have blocked NH 531 . Upon such information , when informant along with other police officials reached at the spot, accused persons abused and assaulted police and also damaged an

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. No specific allegation of any overt act is alleged against him. In the alleged occurrence , no one has sustained injury . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Gopalganj in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 34 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
