The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 149 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he is said to have assaulted the brother of the informant by knife. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been roped in the present case merely on suspicion, however, he has not been identified by the informant since no T.I. Parade has been held. It is further submitted that though injuries are grievous in nature but there is no material on record to implicate the petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 149 of 2015.
