2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 307, 379, 341, 323, 324, 504, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The informant namely Jyoti Kumari alleged that on 01.01.2024 at about 5PM while she was going to field for nature's call, meanwhile, co-accused, Chunmun Rajak @ Chunmun Kumar attempted to outrage her modesty and when her mother and brothers came to rescue her, then all the accused persons abused them. This petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Ranjan Kumar with Khanti, causing head injuries. As per injury report, one of the injuries, sustained by the injured, has been found to be grievous in nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 21.09.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) / concerned Court in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024.
