This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Dalsing Sarai (Ghataho O.P.) P.S. Case No.172 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No.655 of 2022) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The son of the informant was went missing and his dead-body was found. Subsequently, this petitioner was arrested and on his statement, the murder weapon has been recovered. In the trial, six witnesses have already been examined. The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2022. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not
