Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Galgaliya P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 461, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused.
