Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302, 120B of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is named in the FIR but except general and omnibus allegation, no specific role has been attributed to him. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.
This Court, on perusal of the post mortem report, finds that the victim sustained multiple fire arms injuries and prior to this case he is also involved in other case of similar nature. Considering the gravity of the allegation, this Court is not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16988 of 2018 (3) dt.27-04-2018 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
