The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No.155 of 2018/G.R. No.3069 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of the fardbeyan of the informant, the present case was instituted against two unknown on 11.10.2018. In course of investigation, the petitioner was arrested in connection with Asarganj P.S. Case No.139 of 2018, in which the police got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner, showing his involvement in the present case also. In fact, the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67297 of 2019(3) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 accused in four other cases, as detailed in paragraph-3 to this application, due to that reason, the police falsely implicated the petitioner in the present case, showing his confessional statement. In the present case, the petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Munger, in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No.155 of 2018. Out of the two sureties, one must be the close relative of the petitioner.
