2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420 / 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. In this case, petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit on 18.07.2023 and in paragraph - 3 of the same, it is stated that he is ready to pay the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees five lacs) to the informant, which he has received through cheque(s).
4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10039 of 2023(5) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 172 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with further following terms and conditions:
A. At the time of furnishing bail-bond Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees two lacs fifty thousand) shall be deposited through Bank Draft.
B. Rest amount i.e. Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees two lacs fifty thousand) in two installments of Rs. 1,25,000/- (Rupees one lac twenty five thousand) each within a period of six months from the date of furnishing bail-bond. C. If petitioner fails to comply with the aforesaid direction of this Court, the Court below is free to cancel the bail-bond of the petitioner.
