2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Salimpur PS Case No. 164 of 2023 dated 21.07.2023, instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326A, 498A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The petitioners along with others are said to have assaulted the informant physically and mentally for dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that petitioners are full sisters of the husband of the O.P No. 2-informant. Learned counsel for the

No.76747 of 2023(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 petitioners further submits that marriage of the petitioner no. 1 was solemnized in the year 2008 with Dharamveer Paswan and marriage of the petitioner no. 2 was solemnized in the year 2010 with Manish Kumar and both these petitioners are residing with their husbands in their matrimonial houses. It is further submitted that during the course of investigation the independent witness have stated that the petitioners were not present at the time of alleged occurrence.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur, PS Case No. 164 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
7. The application stands allowed.
