The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No.205 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 308, 354(B), 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The allegation against the petitioner is to outrage the modesty of the informant along with other coaccused persons. It is further alleged that accused persons have assaulted the informant and his family members. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75654 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 in the present case. He further submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature and he is in custody since 30.07.2023. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57418 of 2023. 5.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No.205 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Raxual, East Champaran at Motihari.
