The petitioner, in custody since 10.01.2018, seeks bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S.Case No. 375 of 2017 registered under Section 395 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither any incriminating material was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on T.I.P., except confessional statement of this petitioner made before the police, there is no recovery.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Chintu Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 375 of 2017.
