The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/5 of Explosive Substance Act.
Allegation is that the accused persons exploded 4-5 bombs near the chamber of Principal of Patna College, in which several persons sustained injuries.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made. The petitioner has falsely been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66061 of 2019(2) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 implicated in the present case. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.54228 of 2019.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahor P.S. case No.503 of 2017.
