2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The recovery is of 6 liters of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she is in custody since 7.9.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the quantum of recovery and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73438 of 2025(2) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2025.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Sahajitpur Police Station on first Sunday of each month.
