JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-11-2025 Counsel for the State submits that against the order passed by the District Appellate Authority that there is forum created where these grievances could have been redressed by petitioner.
2. To this, the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.17806 of 2025(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 submits that he had already moved before the State Appellate Authority and vide order dated 11.06.2019, the matter was remanded before the District Appellate Authority, who has passed the order, which is under challenge. In case, this Court is of the view that this matter could be adjudicated before the State Appellate Authority, in such event, the counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer that time may be fixed, so that the matter could be adjudicated within a time frame, as the issues pertains of the year 2011.

Considering the above and looking to the nature of dispute, the counsel for the petitioner is directed to take appropriate remedy before the State Appellate Authority by filing appropriate appeal as provided in law within a period of two weeks from today. In case, if such appeal is filed, it is expected that by giving priority to the case, as this matter pertains to the year 2011, be adjudicated preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the appeal.
4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
