The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 197 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case with ulterior motive. Only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

No.66396 of 2019(3) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 197 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
