2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Moro P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 392 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to his Sasural, in the way, three unknown miscreants stopped his way and started assaulting him and his wife. Further, the accused persons snatched his mobile and golden jewellery from his wife.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from his conscious possession, he was not arrested at the spot and except his criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76920 of 2024(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 antecedent mentioned in paragraph-3, in which he has been remanded after years, in the present case, there is nothing against the petitioner. He is under custody since 23.07.2024 and on similar ground co-accused, Md. Rafe has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 10.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 63004 of 2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Darbhanga in connection with Moro P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
