The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 208 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The allegation is regarding the son of the informant having gone with his uncle i.e. the petitioner herein and thereafter, his dead body was found.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no material whatsoever has been found by the police during the course of investigation to connect the petitioner with the alleged killing of the son of the informant. It is further submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24983 of 2018(5) dt.05-07-2018 2/2 even motive for killing the deceased has not been established. The petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 03.01.2018.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S.
