JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-04-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioners informs that Sanjay Yadav (petitioner no. 2) has already been arrested, hence this application as regards him has become infructuous. In respect of petitioner no.1, it is stated that he has got two criminal antecedents but in paragraph '3' it is stated that petitioners have no criminal history.

Learned counsel, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this application and file a fresh application giving complete criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Permission is granted.

This application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
