This application for regular bail arises out of Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 167 of 2019, G.R. No. 40 of 2019 disclosing the offence under Sections 341, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

There is allegation against the petitioner of teasing the informant, a minor. It is further alleged that when she objected to the behaviour of the petitioner, he thrashed her. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that he is in custody since 11.07.2019. Considering the nature of accusation in the FIR, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten
