2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhaka P. S. Case No. 208 of 2011 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., some unknown miscreants, riding on two motorcycles, shot dead the brother-in-law of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during confessional statement of co-accused Amit Singh who has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38791 of 2014 . Petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2025. Charge-sheet

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Dhaka P. S. Case No. 208 of 2011.
