JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioner is that he kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact, petitioner and victim girl have solemnized marriage and the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she has not stated any forced being used in the case and she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner. Moreover, the medical evidence also shows age of victim girl between 18 to 20 years.
